Inventory Store is open source. You can download it, install it on a single PC on your network, and use every feature without any license fee or subscription. That is not a trial, and it is not going away.
When you self-host, your data lives on your own machine. There are no cloud accounts to create, nothing is billed, and you are never locked in. For many teams, that is all they will ever need, and that is exactly how it should be.
Running your own machine, keeping it online, setting up a domain, and handling backups is not for everyone. If you would rather skip all of that, we offer a managed hosted option where we run Inventory Store for you and you reach it at your own custom domain.
